We split into pods of maximum 8 guests per guide. Every pod gets the same safety briefing and supervised test-drive before setting off, and the pods run the route in sequence.
Company name exactly as registered, registered address, VAT/tax number, and a purchase order reference if your finance team uses one. Send these when you confirm and we'll issue the invoice before the tour date.
Yes. Individual bookings are settled on the day, but business bookings can be settled by transfer in advance against an invoice. Tell us which you prefer when you confirm.
We provide raincoats free of charge and ride in light rain. In heavy rain we'll offer your group an alternative slot at no cost.
Minimum age 8, minimum weight 35 kg, and the tour isn't suitable for pregnant travellers. Everything else is fine. No experience needed, and the training covers complete beginners.
Large groups are what we are set up for. We have enough Segways and guides for a full company event, so the number is rarely the problem. Tell us your headcount and the date and we will confirm the slot.
Yes. Book the private option on any tour page and you ride as your own group. If you need one invoice and one contact person for a group of about ten or more, tell us and we will handle it the same way we handle the larger bookings.
Add 20 to 30 minutes to the tour length. That covers the safety briefing and the supervised test drive, which are not part of the riding time. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start.
English as standard. German, Russian, Spanish, French and Hebrew are available for private and group bookings, for a flat 10 euro added to the booking.
At our office, Haris köz 2, 1052 Budapest. It is a side street off Váci utca in the centre of Pest, a few minutes on foot from Ferenciek tere and Deák Ferenc tér, so a group can walk there from most city centre hotels.
Yes. Your guide takes photos along the route and you get them after the tour. There is nothing extra to pay for it.
Tell us when you book. We plan around it so nobody is left standing at the office, and the rest of the group rides as normal.
As early as you can. September is the busiest month for company groups, and a large booking needs several guides on the same slot. If your date is fixed, send it to us now and we will hold it.
