When you make a booking through our website, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number so we can confirm your reservation and reach you if anything changes about your tour.
Your details are used only to send you a booking confirmation, coordinate tour logistics, and respond to questions you send us via our contact channels. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not process any online payments. Tours are settled in person on the day, so no payment card details are ever collected through this website.
Booking information is kept only as long as needed to fulfil your reservation and for basic bookkeeping, after which it is deleted.
