When you make a booking through our website, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number so we can confirm your reservation and reach you if anything changes about your tour.
Your details are used only to send you a booking confirmation, coordinate tour logistics, and respond to questions you send us via our contact channels. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing, apart from the measurement described below.
When you accept cookies, we share a scrambled version of your email address with Google. The scrambling only works one way, so Google cannot read the original address. We do this only to learn which of our adverts led to a booking. If you do not accept cookies, we share nothing. We never send your name, your tour details, or any payment information.
We do not process any online payments. Tours are settled in person on the day, so no payment card details are ever collected through this website.
Booking information is kept only as long as needed to fulfil your reservation and for basic bookkeeping, after which it is deleted.
