The route was perfectly planned and gave us a great overview of the city — Buda Castle, Margaret Bridge, Chain Bridge, the Parliament and downtown Pest.
This tour takes you all around the city centre: the beautiful Buda side, the wonderful Pest side, and Margaret Island. It's a fast, easy way to discover Budapest and its hidden corners, with historical commentary and photos taken along the way.
It is easier than walking and more fun. The route covers Elizabeth Bridge, the Gellért Statue, Castle Garden Bazaar, Clark Ádám Square, Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church. There we stop for 15 to 20 minutes to enjoy the view over Pest and have a coffee or cake at Ruszwurm, the oldest bakery in the city.
After the break we ride to Margaret Island to see the dancing fountain, which plays music every hour. From there we head to the Parliament building — one of the largest in the world — and finish around Liberty Square and St Stephen's Basilica.

No. Every tour starts with a briefing and a supervised test drive in a quiet spot, and you only set off once you are comfortable. Most guests have never stood on one before.
Yes. Riders must be at least 8 years old and weigh at least 35 kg. The tour is not suitable for pregnant travellers.
We ride in light rain and give you a raincoat at no cost. If the weather is bad enough that riding is not sensible, we move your booking to another time, also at no cost.
At our office, Haris köz 2, 1052 Budapest. It is a small street off Váci utca in the centre of Pest, a few minutes on foot from Ferenciek tere and Deák Ferenc tér.
Eight at most. Larger bookings are split into groups of eight, and each group gets its own guide.
English on every tour. German, Russian, Spanish, French and Hebrew are available on private and group bookings for a flat 10 euro.
Yes. Your guide takes photos along the route and sends them to you after the tour. There is nothing extra to pay.
